Substitution Policy -

On occasion, we may not have certain flowers, greenery, or vases in stock for the arrangement that you've chosen. Should this be the case, we will make reasonable substitutions for your arrangement. Rest assured, these subs will be as close as possible in color, style, and price to the original purchased arrangement.


Delivery Policy -

While we will make every effort possible to deliver at the time of your choice, we are unable to make guarantees. Our deliveries are done in the morning, and are typically completed by 12pm. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to make deliveries after 12pm.
